1. Develop and manage various overseas supplier resources and maintain relationships with existing partners. 2. Communicate and coordinate effectively with financial regulatory authorities and industry associations according to the company’s business development strategy, seeking policy and business support to promote the stable and healthy development of the company’s business. 3. Conduct in-depth analysis and research on the internet finance and lending industries, accurately understand and grasp regulatory requirements, provide timely compliance advice, and offer references for the company’s business development direction. Develop compliance strategies and plans. 4. Oversee the expansion and business development of financial operations in the US and China markets; enhance brand image through partnerships with large enterprises.

1. Familiarity with the financial lending industry or a willingness to fully commit to overseas internet financial development. 2. Experience in overseas finance or financial lending is preferred. 3. Proficiency in Spanish, able to communicate in Spanish for daily work, and skilled in cross-cultural learning and communication. 4. Strong overall perspective, clear and agile thinking, with excellent communication, coordination, social, and decision-making skills. 5. Entrepreneurial spirit, able to maintain passion and responsibility in environments with high uncertainty and change. 6. Willing to accept long-term overseas assignments.
