Job responsibilities
职位描述 1. 独立开拓和管理泰国酒店资源,包括单体、连锁、高星酒店资源。 ​ 2. 负责酒店资源采购的商务谈判、风险成本控制,并对合同签订及执行过程中的问题有效管理。 3. 收集、分析当地市场情况,输出渠道价格策略。 ​ 4. 根据签约区域酒店特点和市场格局,制定相应且有效的合同谈判策略。 ​5. 基于与酒店长期合作的关系,协同总部及相关业务部门的紧密合作,提升产品利润率。 Job role and responsibilities including but not limited to: 1. Independently develop and manage hotel resources in Thailand. 2. Be responsible for business negotiation and risk cost control of hotel resource procurement, and effectively manage contract signing and execution process. 3. Collect and analyze the local market trend and the pricing across various channels. 4. Formulate effective negotiation strategies for contracts based on the characteristics of hotels in signed areas. 5. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with hotels, and collaborate closely with the headquarters and relevant business departments to improve the profit margin of hotel products.
Job Requirements
职位要求: 1. 5年及以上酒店或旅行社工作经验,了解且熟悉泰国酒店直采业态,从事酒店销售类工作经验者优先。 2. 沟通谈判能力强,对数据敏感并擅长捕捉重点。 3. 旅游/酒店管理专业,具备酒店B2B分销平台、OTA或大型旅行社的酒店资源开发经验者优先。 4. 中文和英语能作为工作语言,懂泰语更佳。 5. 工作积极主动,能适应海外工作氛围。 Qualification: 1. More than 5 years of working experience in the hotel or travel agency industry. Candidates with experience in hotel resource development of B2B distribution platforms, OTAs, or large travel agencies are highly desirable. 2. Familiar with the direct procurement business model of Thai hotels, and channel management experience in hotels is preferred. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skill, with high sensitivity to data and an aptitude for identifying key points. 4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin while proficiency in Thai language is a significant advantage. 5. Proactive work attitude, ability to adapt to the overseas work environment, and strong resistance to pressure.
