Establish and improve logistics SOPs, inventory management systems, and inspection standards for inbound and outbound operations, while supervising the team's implementation. 6. Interface with the domestic headquarters, overseas clients, and partners to regularly synchronize operational data, potential risks, and optimization improvement plans. 7.
