1. 2-7 years of relevant experience, bachelor degree or above, major in computer science is preferred 2. Fluent in spoken English and able to communicate verbally and in writing as a working language 3. Proficient in using Linux operating system, mastering at least one scripting language, such as: Shell, Python, etc. 4. Understand the operating principles of open source monitoring systems such as Zabbix and Prometheus, and experience in the implementation and operation and maintenance of large-scale software and hardware or large-scale clusters is preferred 5. Familiar with the installation and use of related open source software, such as: mongoDB, MySQL, nginx, docker, k8s, etc. 6. Work meticulously, patiently, proactively, have a good sense of customer service, can flexibly respond to emergencies, and propose effective solutions 7. Working experience in artificial intelligence or security industry is preferred 8. Experience in on-site or remote support for overseas projects Education background: bachelor degree or above, professional experience in science and engineering: 2-7 years
