Job responsibilities
Collect and organize regional market information and project demand information, identify customer needs, and analyze competitors. Explore business opportunities based on the company’s business scope and advantages, and formulate market development strategies for specific customers. Conduct visits to target customers as required by superiors, smooth the customer decision-making chain, and establish both personal and organizational relationships with key customer decision-makers simultaneously. Complete the onboarding of target customers and include them in the customer supplier shortlist. Develop and train agents, and expand the market with the support of distribution channels. Mobilize resources from the marketing team and back-end departments, conduct in-depth project analysis, provide value-added solutions targeting customer pain points, and formulate bidding/negotiation strategies to ensure successful project acquisition. Coordinate project delivery and after-sales issues to improve customer satisfaction. Follow up on customer payment collection in strict accordance with the terms of the sales contract to avoid overdue payments.
Job Requirements
Having overseas work experience. Having work experience in the oil and gas industry or large machinery industry. Proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate with customers without barriers. Possessing certain business negotiation skills, market development capabilities, and customer acquisition capabilities.
