Act as the core technical bridge connecting electronic circuit customer needs with electronic materials R&D. Gain in-depth understanding of the product performance requirements of downstream customers in sectors such as PCB, MLCC, photovoltaics, and sensors. Accurately translate these requirements into specific technical parameters and development goals for electronic materials. Lead or participate in industry collaboration projects to ensure the successful transition of electronic paste products from "lab formulation" to "industrial application."

1. Customer Requirement Analysis and Translation Develop a deep understanding of the product performance needs of electronic circuit customers (e.g., PCB, MLCC, flexible electronics, photovoltaics, sensor manufacturers). Accurately translate customer application-level requirements into specific technical parameters and R&D targets for electronic materials (pastes). 2. R&D Guidance Collaborate closely with internal teams focusing on material synthesis, powder preparation, and formulation development. Provide material design recommendations based on real customer application scenarios, guide R&D directions, and ensure paste products meet actual end-use conditions. 3. Customer Technical Support & Feedback Loop Assist customers with paste evaluation and failure analysis (FA). Interpret customer test data and convert findings into clear product improvement requirements to drive product iteration and upgrades. 4. Industry Collaboration Project Management Lead or participate in joint development projects with electronic circuit manufacturers. Manage technical communication, change requests, and project deliverables to ensure successful execution of industry collaborations. 5. Technology Trend Monitoring Research cutting-edge technologies in the electronic circuit industry to anticipate future performance requirements for next-generation pastes. Provide strategic technical input for the company's long-term R&D roadmap. 【Qualifications】 Education: Ph.D. graduated overseas or Postdoctoral experience. Disciplines: Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Physical Electronics, Materials Science & Engineering (Electronic Materials direction), Applied Physics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (including academic projects during Ph.D. or Postdoc), with at least one of the following: Direct experience in the design, process, or application development of electronic circuits. Technical work experience with electronic pastes (e.g., conductive silver paste, resistor paste, dielectric paste), conductive adhesives, or thick-film materials. Experience in industry collaboration projects or enterprise-funded research. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the working principles, testing methods, and failure modes of electronic circuit products. Ability to interpret electrical performance parameters and deduce their implications for material microstructure requirements. Fundamental knowledge of material characterization techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with R&D personnel. Preferred Experience: Practical experience in the application or development of electronic pastes (e.g., conductive silver paste, resistor paste, dielectric paste) is highly desirable. Other Requirements: Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Strong industry-oriented mindset. Willingness to work periodically across bases in Wuxi, Hangzhou, and Yancheng.
