1、法规合规与体系管理，确保工厂符合韩国官方监管要求，规避合规处罚与停业风险； 2、工厂安全生产与现场管控，及时消除现场安全漏洞，持续降低工厂灾害发生率； 3、环境管理与污染防控，落实韩国本地绿色生产指标； 4、应急管理与事故处置，通过培训、演练等提升工厂整体应急处置能力； 5、政府部门的日常沟通与接待，维护良好政企关系，及时接收并落实最新监管政策。 Manage regulatory compliance and management systems to ensure the factory complies with official South Korean regulations, and avoid penalties and business suspension risks. Oversee workplace safety and on-site management, eliminate potential safety hazards promptly, and continuously reduce the incidence of workplace accidents. Conduct environmental management and pollution prevention & control, and meet local green production targets in South Korea. Implement emergency management and incident response. Improve the overall emergency response capacity of the factory through training and drills. Conduct daily communication and receptions with government authorities, maintain sound government-enterprise relations, and timely receive and implement the latest regulatory policies.

1、大专及以上学历，熟练掌握韩语，具备基础中文沟通能力优先； 2、3年及以上同岗位管理经验，熟悉韩国制造业（电池、化工、汽车等主流行业优先）安全环境管理模式； 3、持有韩国官方认证安全保健管理负责人证书； 4、具备较强的合规意识、风险预判能力和责任心，严谨细致。 College diploma or above. Proficient in Korean; basic Chinese communication skills are preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience. Familiar with the safety and environmental management standards of South Korean manufacturing industries (battery, chemical, automotive and other mainstream sectors are preferred). Hold an officially certified Safety & Health Supervisor Certificate issued by South Korean authorities. Strong awareness of compliance, risk assessment capability and sense of responsibility, with a rigorous and meticulous working style.
