Your QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related fieldMore than 5 years of experience in quality management, at least 3 years in quality systemAutomotive related industries experience; experience in automotive lighting is preferredRich experience in internal and external auditsFamiliar with manufacturing processesFamiliar with quality improvement tools (e.g. SPC, FMEA, 8D)Certified IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 auditorProficiency in CCC/ECE/SAE regulations preferredCommunication and cross-functional collaboration skills;Good teamwork and leadership abilityStrong sense of responsibilityLogical thinkingGood oral and written EnglishCustomer focusCollaborates with others
