Job responsibilities
职位描述:
1、理解部门挑战，并帮助部门管理者有效解决组织、人才相关问题;2、结合部门实际挑战和实际情况，有效实施和落地HR各领域政策;3、帮助管理者搭建人才梯队，保留关键人才，构建正向氛围，打造有凝聚力的团队，促进业务发展;
4、通过人力预算管控和合理的人力规划，有效控制组织规模，实现人力投入产出最大化;
Job Requirements
职位要求:
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源专业优先;
2、热爱人力资源工作，对人力资源各个模块、HRBP有基础的理解;3、具有良好的文字和语言表达能力，在EXCEL处理，PPT制作，海报制作方面有
一定经验者优先;
4、逻辑好，有耐心，积极主动，能够承担一定工作压力;5、对数据敏感度高，做事细致认真;
