Job Responsibilities: 1、 Customer demand docking 1. Communicate with multinational corporate clients (Europe, America/Asia Pacific region), accurately understand job requirements, and develop talent search strategies. 2. Regularly analyze talent distribution trends in target industries (such as technology/finance/manufacturing) and provide recruitment recommendation reports. 2、 Global Talent Search 1. Proficient in using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search to actively mine for mid to high end passive candidates. 2. Establish and maintain a global talent pool, with a focus on target markets such as China, Europe, America, Southeast Asia, and the Russian speaking region. 3、 Full process recruitment management 1. Lead candidate interview evaluation, background check, salary negotiation, and onboarding follow-up to ensure a closed recruitment cycle. 2. Write candidate recommendation reports and client communication emails in English to ensure professionalism and compliance. 4、 Cross cultural coordination 1. Coordinate cross-border time zone meetings to address candidate visa and cross-border onboarding process issues. 2. Maintain the employer brand of the company on platforms such as LinkedIn and attract potential candidates to interact.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: 1, Language Skills: fluent in Chinese and English listening, reading and writing. 2, Tool Skills: 1+ years of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Talent Hub, familiar with talent tag screening, InMail communication skills. Experience Background: 1, Nationality: Accept candidates of Chinese, Filipino, Malaysian, Thai, Russian and other nationalities. 2, The following experience is preferred: Recruiting experience in headhunters, HR consulting agencies or multinational companies; Familiar with cross-border recruiting laws and regulations (e.g. Chinese work visa, Southeast Asian labor policies); Knowledge of a second foreign language (Russian, Thai, Malay, etc.). Core Qualities: Insight: able to quickly determine candidate match and career motivation. High emotional intelligence: good at persuasion and relationship maintenance in cross-cultural scenarios. High stress tolerance: adapt to fast-paced, multi-tasking work mode.
