Job responsibilities
1：全面负责特拉华和休斯顿仓库行政人事日常工作的统筹与管理，确保各项事务有序推进。
2：协助各部门办理行政许可、资质备案等各类手续，跟进各项审核流程，确保高效完成，为业务开展提供合规保障。
3：协助项目进行人员招聘，参与面试、录用及合同签署等环节
4：负责属地员工的考勤、工时管理及劳务协调工作:
5：办理本地员工的社保缴交及各项许可，同时协助外派员工办理签证、安排本地行政接待与食宿等事宜。
Job Requirements
1，需要有当地的身份（不提供签证支持）
2、英语听说读写流利，具备良好的中英文沟通能力；
3、具有海外综合行政、人事工作经验，熟悉相关业务流程者优先。
