Job responsibilities
1.Understand and identify the needs of human resources for business strategies, assist in developing human resource strategies and plans; 2.Take responsibility for the full lifecycle management of overseas teams, including recruitment, performance, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent development; 3.Build cross-cultural communication bridges, coordinate the needs of the headquarters and overseas teams to ensure compliance with human resource policies and local implementation; 4.Analyze overseas talent market trends, optimize recruitment channels and employer brand building, and improve the efficiency of key position recruitment; 5.Handle complex employee relations issues, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and avoid employment risks; 6.Promote functional integration, organizational structure, and talent structure optimization, assisting the business in organizational change and efficiency improvement.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resource management, psychology or related fields is preferred; 2. 5+ years of HRBP experience, 3+ years of experience in overseas human resource management, familiar with labor laws and regulations of The Netherlands; 3. Proficient in English, with cross-cultural sensitivity and a global perspective; 4. Possess strategic thinking and data analysis skills, skilled at driving change in a complex environment.
