①Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering,Mechanical Engineering or related fields. ②1-3 + years of technical support experience in LED displays or A/V project. ③ Extensive customer training experience with the ability to develop and conduct training courses independently. ④ 5+ years of technical support/service team management experience is preferable. ⑤ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, sales teams, and technical teams. ⑥ Project management and exhibition coordination experience in A/V staging with proficiency in LED products/ A/V industry is preferred.
