Position Overview In this position, you will be responsible for promoting XGRIDS' solution proposals and business development activities targeting the construction industry, manufacturing industry, infrastructure operators, engineering companies, etc. Through dialogue with customers, you will gain a deep understanding of management and operational issues, and by proposing optimal solutions in collaboration with the technical team, you will aim to create medium- to long-term business value. ポジション概要 本ポジションでは、建設業界、製造業、インフラ事業者、エンジニアリング企業などを対象に、XGRIDSのソリューション提案および事業開発活動を推進していただきます。 顧客との対話を通じて経営課題・業務課題を深く理解し、技術チームと連携しながら最適なソリューションを提案することで、中長期的なビジネス価値の創出を目指します。 主な業務内容 ・新規顧客開拓および営業戦略の立案・実行 ・顧客課題のヒアリングおよびソリューション提案 ・経営層、事業責任者、技術責任者との関係構築 ・製品デモンストレーションおよびPoC提案

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Japanese as the working language, strong communication skills, agile thinking, and logical reasoning. 2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, channel management, etc. 3. Strong market analysis and expansion capabilities, channel management capabilities, execution, communication and coordination skills, and open-minded 4. Diligent and responsible, good communication and coordination skills, with good adaptability and ability to work under pressure. 5. Willing to travel as needed.
