Your ProfileQualifications And Skills To Help You SucceedBS, or MS in Electrical engineering, Electronic, Microelectronics, Physics, Material or equivalent field in engineering & scienceMore than 10 years experience dealing with Power IC, Gate driver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, IGBT, etc. related to manufacturing, test, yield enhancementKnowledge and experience in Statistical & Problem Solving MethodologiesKnowledgeable in all electrical characteristics of Power IC, Gate driver, Current Controller, RF, MOSFET, IGBT etc productsExcellent teamwork with good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficiently with multi-functional teams)Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to make presentations to management & customers)Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented) (Must have)Ability to initiate, lead and complete projects with minimum supervision to meet deadlines(Must have)
