Job Description:
1、Develop and execute project plans; complete project research, system installation, user training, and system implementation.
2、Collect and organize customer needs, perform system upgrades, and promote the use of new product
features
3、Responsible for the daily maintenance of the customer system, resolving system and business issues encountered by customers, compiling an FAQ manual, and facilitating knowledge sharing both internally and externally. Target candidates:Graduates from science and engineering-related fields such as computer science, software engineering, automation, information management, applied mathematics, and electronic
information who are willing to accept business travel. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Malay, English and Chinese Career Path:Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager
