Job responsibilities
1. Non-traditional security trend research and analysis Track non-traditional security challenges caused by scientific and technological development on a global scale, including but not limited to: artificial intelligence ethics and abuse risks, cyber security threats, key infrastructure vulnerabilities, geopolitical competition of emerging technologies, drone proliferation, energy system resilience, biology technology security, etc.; Prepare high-quality research reports, policy briefings and white papers on risk assessment, and make forward-looking early warning and actionable suggestions. 2. Research and judgment on cross-cutting issues of technology-society-security Analyze the potential impact of technological evolution on social stability, public governance and international rules, and identify the technical incentives of " grey rhinoceros" and " black swan" events; Build a scenario simulation model to assist customers in formulating crisis plans and adaptive strategies 3. Customer Support and Capacity Building Collaboration Assist the team to provide customized consulting services for government agencies, technology enterprises and international organizations; Participate in the design of training courses or workshops to improve customers' awareness and response ability to non-traditional security risks; Actively participate in academic and industrial exchanges in related fields at home and abroad, expand professional cooperation networks, and promote the practical transformation of research results. Job Requirements
1. Basic qualification Nationality is not limited, age 25-60 years old, with English working ability; Physical and mental health, no criminal record, no major integrity issues. 2. Professional background Have a background in science and engineering, international relations, public policy, security studies, philosophy of science and technology and other related disciplines; Familiar with at least one of the following fields: artificial intelligence security, cybersecurity, biology security, climate security, energy security, space security or emerging technology governance; Experience in non-traditional safety-related work in scientific research institutions, think tanks, consulting companies, government departments or NGOs is preferred; Those who have participated in technical policy assessment, risk modeling, emergency response mechanism design and other projects are preferred. 3. Experience ability Excellent information integration and logical analysis ability, able to extract key trends from massive data; Good at writing research reports and policy recommendations with clear structure and clear views; Be able to explain complex technical safety issues to decision makers with non-technical background; Maintain a keen awareness of the social risks brought about by technological innovation and keep an eye on global trends.
