You will assist with company registration, corporate banking procedures and authorized document signing, attend occasional appointments with banks, notaries or accountants, and coordinate with our project team and local professional advisers. The role is mainly remote, flexible and designed for long-term cooperation, with opportunities to participate in additional paid European projects.

Must currently reside in Italy, Germany or Poland and be a citizen or long-term legal resident of the relevant country. Fluency in Italian, German or Polish—as applicable—is essential, together with good English communication skills. We are looking for a trustworthy, business-minded and responsive professional who can understand formal documents, communicate confidently and attend occasional local appointments. Experience in business operations, administration, banking, finance, consulting or legal services is preferred, but strong local knowledge and professional communication skills are equally valued.
