Job responsibilities
Be responsible for the subsidiary (based in Mexico, overseeing Brazil, Colombia, etc.) to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual market sales revenue and customer acquisition targets set by the headquarters. Conduct in-depth research and sorting of accurate customers in the responsible regions or countries to identify target customers. Optimize the customer structure, build a diverse customer portfolio, provide quality customer service, and achieve customer satisfaction and sustained business growth. Reside in Mexico to lead team members in visiting potential or interested key account (KA) customers, and promote the transaction of KA customers and the introduction and expansion of new product lines. Recruit and manage local foreign sales staff, and supervise their daily business activities and the achievement of performance targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, major in International Trade, English, Electronic Engineering or related fields, with excellent English proficiency; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. At least 6 years of overseas sales experience, and at least 3 years of overseas sales team management experience (with experience in managing Mexico/Latin America markets). Unique experience in building local market channel systems. Ability to independently develop overseas B2B offline channels or project customers, and be good at identifying and negotiating with accurate top-tier customers in the industry. Possess customer resources such as overseas channel partners and operators in the security, network communication or IoT industries. Strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership and decision-making abilities.
