RequirementsDegree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalentChartered membership of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB will be an advantage10 years post-qualification experience in project management preferably gained from main contractors, with at least 3 years in management levelHands on experience in handling building / fit-out / A&A projects and well versed in regulations of Building DepartmentGood communications and interpersonal skills
