Job responsibilities
Formulate annual sales plans, strategies, and pricing strategies for overseas target regions/countries in line with the company's overall strategy, assisting the Chairman. Lead the team to achieve annual sales targets, explore new markets, develop new clients, and expand product distribution.
Drive development, maintenance, management, and service for key clients in the region. Establish smooth communication channels, lead business negotiations and closures for major clients, ensure payment collection, and build long-term, stable regional client relationships.
Conduct industry analysis and market insights for new energy products (e.g., residential energy storage, commercial & industrial energy storage) in the region, predict market trends, participate in product planning, and organize new product launches.
Build and manage the sales team, oversee daily training and operations, and assist in resolving team challenges.
Optimize sales management systems and business policies, cultivate and motivate talent, and assist the Chairman in constructing sales process frameworks.
Control daily marketing costs, regularly report on strategy implementation, personnel allocation, and major matters to provide information support for key corporate decisions.
Manage and supervise new energy project development, construction, and operation. Participate in overall project communication, progress control, and collaboration, understand both company and partner needs, and foster strong cooperative relationships.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above (no major restriction). Fluent oral proficiency in one of the following working languages: English, French, Arabic, or Spanish (mandatory requirement).
Over 3 years of sales team management experience, including at least 1 year in new energy market management, with proven ability to motivate teams and enhance performance.
Prior experience in overseas sales of new energy products (e.g., residential energy storage, solar panels, commercial & industrial energy storage, inverters) is preferred. Candidates with successful product promotion/market expansion cases and familiarity with new energy industry chains/markets will be prioritized.
Demonstrated initiative, a willingness to embrace challenges, and strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
High sense of responsibility and professionalism, strong business acumen and market insight to identify opportunities, and ability to accept long-term overseas business trips or residency.
