Client Management: Conduct regular visits and communication with clients, maintain and further develop client relationships, establish long-term and stable partnerships, and assist the local expatriate sales team in channel expansion and regional coverage. 3. Team Management:Manage the local expatriate sales team, break down sales plans and ensure implementation, and achieve team sales targets. 4. Support Functions: Support local training, service marketing and promotion, project public relations, risk control, and project delivery. 5. Operational Assistance: Assist superiors with local team operation management and coordination of domestic and international affairs.

1. Sales Experience:1 year or more of sales experience in IT, telecommunications, or related industries, with acceptance for long-term assignment in Mexico. 2. Skills:Strong international business communication and negotiation skills, keen market insight, high execution ability, coordination skills, and stress resilience. 3. Deployment:Mexico. 4. Language Requirements: Spanish B1 or above, English CET-6 or above (only English speakers need not apply). 5. Personal Traits: Reliable, proactive, good communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
