Job responsibilities
1. Establish, develop and maintain overseas customer relationships from scratch, and expand overseas sales channels and end customers.
2. Achieve performance targets. Be responsible for business development and management in the international market, fulfill preset sales goals, conduct business 3. negotiations and sign contracts, and promote and control projects.
4. In line with the company’s sales strategy, promote project delivery and long-term equipment operation, actively provide relevant materials, assist in after-sales coordination and liaison, maintain customer relationships, and ensure overseas customer demands are promptly and effectively communicated internally to guarantee service quality.
5. Provide market support. Collect regional business information, including demand trends, industry applications, competitor intelligence, market planning and layout, as well as project progress and risk control.Conduct marketing promotion. Utilize social media platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp to search for potential clients, promote the brand and products, enhance corporate image, generate inquiries, and expand customer acquisition channels.
6. Be familiar with exhibition procedures: prepare materials in advance, participate in exhibitions, receive visitors, collect sales leads, conduct follow-up visits, and achieve performance goals.
7. Be responsible for regularly collecting industry data and visiting key clients and institutional clients. Handle payment collection for relevant sales orders.
8. Fulfill sales tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
1. Major in Business English, International Trade or related fields; CET-6 or above with fluent oral English. Candidates with other foreign language majors are also welcome.
2. At least 3 years of overseas sales experience in construction machinery; experience in mobile crushing equipment is preferred. Candidates with overseas agent resources are highly preferred.
3. Proficient in office software including Office, CAD, etc.
4. Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills; excellent planning and execution capabilities.
5. Outgoing, positive and optimistic; with strong service awareness and good interpersonal communication skills; able to work under pressure and tolerate a certain intensity of work.
6. Willing to travel overseas frequently for long periods; minimum 80 days of overseas business travel per year.
7. For foreign candidates, Chinese proficiency must be sufficient for daily work communication.
