1. Must be open to being assigned abroad to assist the overseas project leader in advancing the factory construction plan, tracking progress, reporting issues, and coordinating resources. 2. Liaise with relevant government authorities to handle the necessary qualifications and procedures to comply with local government requirements for factory construction. 3. Responsible for internal and external communication and translation work in English.

1. A bachelor's degree or above from a recognized institution, with no specific major required, but with at least 3 years of project-related work experience. 2. Fluent in spoken English to communicate with foreign personnel, with a CET-6 or above level in English reading and writing. 3. Priority will be given to those with work experience in Southeast Asia.
