1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with at least 2 years of game project management experience. Candidates with development technical background, large-scale game testing experience, or version PM experience are preferred; 2. Proficient in software project process management, with practical application experience and understanding of agile project management; 3. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of fostering a positive team environment; 4. Strong risk awareness, able to effectively identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies; 5. Strong execution capabilities to drive the team toward objectives, adept at summarizing insights, and continuously improving team efficiency; 6. Familiarity with version management during game live operations, knowledge of key technologies, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., O&M, testing, security) to ensure release schedules and stability.
