Connect with customer needs and provide customized packaging design solutions for heavy-duty, high-value, irregularly shaped products or those with high protection requirements (including but not limited to wooden boxes, steel-wooden boxes, collapsible crates, heavy-duty corrugated boxes, foam liners, anti-rust packaging, etc.). 2. Be responsible for the full-process technical project management from order confirmation to delivery, serving as a communication bridge between the technical team, cooperative factories, and customers. 3. According to business needs, travel to overseas customers' sites for packaging evaluation, demand research, follow-up of trial packaging, or problem-solving. Be responsible for full English technical communication with international customers, including emails, meetings, report writing, etc.

1. More than 1.5 years of work experience in heavy industrial packaging or related fields, with excellent English technical reading and writing skills and business oral communication skills (CET-6 or equivalent or above, overseas work/study experience is preferred). 2. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory), SolidWorks, CATIA and other 3D design software, and able to independently produce engineering drawings. 3. Familiar with the characteristics and processing techniques of common materials for heavy packaging (solid wood, plywood, steel, plastic, cushioning materials); master the basics of packaging dynamics and testing standards (ISTA, ASTM); understand the packaging requirements for international maritime transport and multimodal transport.
