Job responsibilities
Research and development of new energy vehicle maintenance technologies.
Business Operation and Data - Driven Management: Take full responsibility for the daily operation management of overseas after-sales stores. Through accurate data analysis, guide business strategy adjustments to achieve sustained performance growth.
Domestic Business Coordination and Technical Output: Actively participate in domestic business operations, solve technical problems, and oversee the foreign trade of auto parts to ensure overseas maintenance stations receive timely and high-quality parts supply.
Technological Exploration and Dissemination: Closely monitor the latest developments at major auto parts and equipment exhibitions in China, quickly introduce and apply advanced domestic maintenance technologies to overseas maintenance stations, elevating global service standards.
Job Requirements
Age: Under 36 years old (can be relaxed to under 43 years old for exceptionally qualified candidates).
Work Experience:
Must have experience as the head of a luxury 4S store or a large comprehensive maintenance center, with at least 8 years of relevant technical experience.
- Professional Competence: Demonstrated excellence in new energy vehicle battery, motor, and electric control system maintenance. Possess systematic management thinking and practical experience, capable of independently designing and implementing after-sales service management systems, with a profound understanding of the automotive maintenance industry's operational models.
- Leadership and Training Ability: Skilled in team building and talent development, able to effectively select and nurture overseas teams, enhancing overall team efficiency.
- Data Analysis Skills: Responsible for managing the overall operation data of overseas after-sales stores, capable of using data analysis to guide business optimization and decision-making.
Learning Ability (Core Requirement): Strong learning ability, maintaining curiosity about new ，passionate about research, and adhering to the concepts of lifelong learning and long - termism.
