Job Responsibilities I. Administrative Operations & Compliance Management Company Establishment and License Maintenance: Assist in completing the registration of the Thai branch, applying for the BOI (Thailand Board of Investment) promotion certificate, and submitting subsequent quarterly progress reports. Office Environment and Asset Management: Oversee the site selection, leasing, renovation, and daily maintenance of offices in Bangkok/industrial parks; manage fixed assets, procure office supplies, and conduct supplier negotiations and performance evaluations. Localization of Internal Regulations: Draft and promulgate a bilingual (Chinese-Thai) Employee Handbook and labor management policies in compliance with local laws, based on Thailand's Labor Protection Act and the latest enforcement trends for 2026. II. HR Support & Labor Relations Compliant Employment Implementation: Manage local recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring that written employment contracts are executed in accordance with Thai legal requirements (strictly prohibiting oral employment arrangements or the misuse of fixed-term contracts to circumvent severance pay obligations). Payroll and Benefits Calculation: Handle the computation of compensation and employee benefits. III. Cross-Cultural Communication & Government Relations Translation and Coordination: Serve as a communication bridge between headquarters and the Thai team, handling the bilingual (Chinese-Thai) translation of daily documents and meeting materials to ensure that headquarter decisions are accurately conveyed to local staff. Government Liaison: Represent the company in dealings with Thai government agencies, including the Department of Labor, the Immigration Bureau, and the BOI, managing annual inspections, tax filings, and labor dispute mediation.

Job Requirements 1. Nationality & Language Thai nationals are preferred; Chinese nationals with long-term residency in Thailand are also welcome. Language Proficiency: Must possess native or professional proficiency in both Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above) and Thai, sufficient to handle legal documents and business negotiations as working languages. Basic English reading and writing skills are a plus. 2. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resources, Law, or Thai Language Studies. 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration or HR. Candidates with backgrounds in Chinese-invested enterprises or prior involvement in Thai company registration and BOI applications are preferred. Familiarity with Thai labor laws (particularly regulations concerning severance pay, fixed-term contract restrictions, and social security contributions) as well as policies on foreign employee quotas. 3. Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/WPS/PPT). Cross-cultural adaptability, with the ability to handle unexpected administrative situations in a multicultural context.
