Job responsibilities
1.Process and check international shipping documents (e.g., packing lists). 2.Coordinate with overseas carriers, agents, and warehouses. 3.Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding shipment status. 4.Update and maintain accurate data in the operational system. 5.Assist in resolving any operational issues that arise.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. 2.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). 3.Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel). 4.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 5.Ability to work effectively in a team. 6.No prior experience required; we welcome excellent recent graduates.
