Product Diagnosis & Proposal Development: Deeply experience the company’s existing Slot products and leading international competitors, proactively identify visual and product pain points, and produce professional, highly persuasive art analysis and optimization proposals. 2. Hands-On Prototyping & Benchmark Setting: Personally execute redesign prototypes for core or high-priority systems, setting a clearly visible benchmark for the team’s visual quality and motion design. 3. International Aesthetic Leadership: Develop a precise understanding of the visual psychology of European and North American Slot players and lead the product toward a higher level of visual quality. Key Responsibilities1. Existing Product Diagnosis & Documentation (Core Responsibility) • Proactively and deeply experience the company’s existing Slot games and comprehensively assess weaknesses across UI hierarchy, color composition, material quality, visual texture, animation pacing, and other visual dimensions; • Benchmark against mainstream European and North American competitors and produce structured, high-quality art diagnosis reports and design proposal documents (PPT / Keynote / PDF / Figma); • Clearly articulate in each proposal: what the current pain points are, why changes are needed, what benchmarks or references should be followed, the specific proposed changes, and the expected outcomes. 2. Hands-On Design & Prototyping • Personally deliver high-quality final visual designs and prototypes for key systems, features, and event campaigns; • Guide or prototype the animation pacing and visual dynamics of core interfaces, with a strong focus on the impact of audiovisual feedback and the key moments that drive player excitement. 3. Establish Visual Standards & Enable the Team • Develop Slot art and visual design standards tailored to European and North American audiences, including color guidelines and material/asset libraries (e.g., gold metal, gemstones, neon glow effects, etc.); • Guide UI designers and motion designers across product lines, providing high-level professional feedback, creative direction, and quality control.

Qualifications & Requirements1. Industry Background & Experience • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Game Artist, Art Director, Principal Artist, or core UI/visual art lead in internationally recognized Slot (social casino) games; • Candidates with successful end-to-end visual style ownership experience on top-grossing or well-known Slot titles in Western markets—such as Cashman, Lightning Link, Jackpot Party, Slotomania, or games of comparable scale—are highly preferred. 2. Core Professional Skills • Exceptional documentation and proposal skills: Able to translate strong visual instincts into well-structured, highly persuasive analysis and design proposal documents with compelling visual references; • Outstanding hands-on prototyping and execution skills: Highly proficient in Photoshop, Figma, and similar tools; strong understanding of motion design principles and experience with tools such as After Effects (AE) and Spine; capable of independently producing commercial-quality final assets; • Deep understanding of Slot visual psychology: Strong understanding of Western players’ preferences for audiovisual feedback, including coin bursts, reel anticipation, and layered win-celebration and payout feedback. 3.
