1.Participate in rotational assignments across the supply chain department, including core links such as procurement, logistics, and warehousing, to understand the full supply chain process. 2.Assist in supplier management, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and relationship maintenance. 3.Participate in supply chain optimization projects, analyze cost and efficiency issues, and propose improvement suggestions. 4.Support daily supply chain operations, including order management, inventory monitoring, and data analysis.

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. 2.Strong learning and communication skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to different positions. 3.Good data analysis and logical thinking skills. 4.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle a fast-paced working environment.
