Job responsibilities
In line with the trends of consumer electronics in Southeast Asia, lead and collaborate in formulating a product competitiveness strategy for the Indonesian market within three years.
Develop and implement channel expansion plans and key account service solutions for the local Indonesian market, including formulating and promoting plans for key account service products, commercial negotiation terms, marketing communication content, etc.
Complete the cooperation and development of the top 30 retail channels in Indonesia, establish stable and continuous partnerships, and meet the data quality requirements for weekly and monthly reports.
Monitor external influencing factors to avoid risks. Have certain business presentation skills, keep a close eye on the product dynamics of market competitors, industry policies, and relevant government policies, and formulate product or service positioning and marketing strategies suitable for the local market.
Be responsible for the business results in the Indonesian market, identify and assess various risks faced by the company in Indonesia.
Establish various business process systems for the company in Indonesia, accurately grasp the differences in customer needs, open up the business market, and increase market share.
Focus on business success to efficiently select and recruit senior managerial talents for the department. Lead the summary of successful departmental experiences and promote empowerment to develop the team.
At the company level, with the realization of the company's strategic goals and the strategic objectives of the product department as the core, actively collaborate with parallel departments (mainly secondary departments in various Southeast Asian regions) for efficient communication and coordination.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in the Southeast Asian consumer electronics industry, with the ability to develop Indonesian retail channel resources from scratch (0 - 1).
Experience in channel development for hardware products such as major home appliances, personal care electronics, 3C products, consumer - grade robots, and cleaning appliances, and have managed business operations with a volume of over 1 billion yuan in the responsible region.
Experience in creating blockbuster products for consumer electronics channels in Indonesia, with strong business negotiation and communication skills and a commercial vision.
Have led the formulation and implementation of major consumer electronics sales promotion plans in Indonesia, and be able to independently manage the connection and daily maintenance with overseas marketing platforms.
Have managed teams of no less than 10 people and have the direct authority to appoint subordinates.
