1. Responsible for the pre-sales design, development, and testing of optical systems and components, primarily automotive lens systems and LiDAR optical elements. 2. Analyze and optimize optical systems to meet performance specifications. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, reliability engineers, and electrical engineers, to optimize designs based on DFM principles. 4. Prepare design documents, test results, and technical specifications. 5. Present processes and results to clients in North America and the development team in China.

1. Education: Master's degree in Optical Engineering or Physics, 5 years of work experience, with a PhD in Optical Engineering preferred. 2. Requires experience in metrology and optical manufacturing processes; automotive industry experience is a plus. 3. Knowledge of optical lenses, experience in lens design, tolerance analysis, stray light analysis, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. 4. Experience with Zemax or CodeV, with a certain level of optical knowledge including lasers and laser-related methodologies. 5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and teamwork skills. 6. Familiar with automotive industry standards such as ISO/TS 16949.
