1. To interview,question, communicate with young readers when they finish reading a book. 2. To provide comments/feedbacks when young raeders finish reading a book. 3. 1. Native speakers from USA,UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. 2. Two-year teaching experience(preferred but not a must) 3. Bachelor's Degree 4. Teaching Certificate (preferred but not a must) 5. Be passionate to communicate with young readers.
