Job responsibilities
About ESON Tech ESON Tech is a material supplier and aesthetic co-creation partner. Our core product is decorative film applied to product surfaces. We provide differentiated film products and end-to-end co-creation services — from CMF design and process development to production validation — to clients in automotive, consumer electronics, and luxury goods industries. We are currently in a rapid growth phase with a flat organizational structure and fast iteration cycles. At ESON, you will participate directly in the transformation of frontier technologies into mass-production products, working closely with cross-functional teams spanning R&D, process engineering, and sales to drive tangible product innovation. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand from its current film-based product portfolio into surface solutions for a broader range of material categories. The Role We're looking for a design leader who can turn materials and manufacturing technologies into products people desire. If you're equally comfortable discussing aesthetics, materials, engineering constraints and market trends—and excited by the challenge of building something new—we'd like to talk. As Head of CMF, you will define the aesthetic vision for next‑generation surface solutions—combining color, material, and finish expertise with emerging technologies to create products that stand out and scale into mass production. You will work at the intersection of design, materials science, and manufacturing, leading distinctive surface experiences for global brands across automotive, consumer electronics, and premium goods. You will guide R&D, process, and project teams in translating advanced technologies (e.g., micro‑nano optics) into market‑competitive, brand‑distinctive, and manufacturable solutions. This is a high‑visibility leadership role, with the opportunity to shape ESON’s design direction and future product portfolio.
