Manage overall strategic and tactical organization of contractual and regulatory compliance requirements for PV. Monitoring the current policies and systems in place and ensuring that it complies with legal and regulatory laws. Learn, unlearn and relearn the dynamic changing ecosystem of compliance and regulatory laws of the region. Report to, and liaise with the senior compliance manager and make decisions based on the guidance received by them. Curate and maintain control systems to identify and handle breaking of rules and any violations. Take timely actions to ensure compliance, both with European laws and internal policies of the company. Make reports and documentation on potential compliance risks, as a compliance risk manager.

Completed studies with a focus on Marketing and event management. At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing with a focus on experience as an Event Manager for trade fairs and events. Previous experience in the solar industry or related. Fluent in English and German. Fluency in other European languages would be taken into consideration. Initiative, creativity, teamwork and coordination skills. Willingness to travel. Team player with high service and customer orientation. Structured and solution-oriented way of working: resilient, pragmatic and strong in implementation. Knowledge of common MS Office programs. Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as the ability to solve problems and enthusiasm.
