Job responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities
Handle fund receipts and payments for overseas subsidiaries' accounts, including employee reimbursements, supplier payments, etc., ensuring the accuracy of each fund transaction and strictly adhering to the company's financial system and relevant overseas regulations.
Be responsible for daily accounting processing of overseas business, such as recording income and expenses, preparing accounting vouchers, and registering subsidiary ledgers to ensure clear accounts and accurate data.
Regularly reconcile accounts with overseas banks, promptly process bank receipts, follow up on outstanding accounts, and prepare bank deposit reconciliation statements.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of overseas financial statements to provide financial data support for the company's management and facilitate business decision - making.
General Administration Responsibilities
Undertake basic logistics support work such as personnel and administrative affairs for overseas subsidiaries; For example, handling onboarding procedures for overseas employees, managing office supplies, and conducting inventory checks.
Assist in organizing internal meetings of overseas subsidiaries, including tasks such as meeting notifications, venue arrangement, and meeting minutes.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Accounting, Financial Management, and other related fields.
Good English proficiency, able to communicate smoothly with overseas teams, and possess basic financial knowledge and skills.
Familiar with basic operational processes of cashiering and accounting; Those with overseas financial work experience or experience in foreign - related enterprises are preferred.
Proficient in using financial software (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.); Those with solid basic financial knowledge, familiar with international accounting standards and overseas tax policies are preferred.
Be serious and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit; Possess strong learning ability and problem - solving ability, and be able to adapt to a fast - paced work environment and certain work pressure.
