Position Overview We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and Mandarin-speaking Operations Specialist to join our global payment operations team. In this role, you will work closely with merchants, payment partners, and internal teams to support daily payment operations, resolve operational issues, and ensure a smooth payment experience across multiple markets. While previous payment industry experience is a plus, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our payment products, operational processes, and internal systems. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, ownership, and the willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Support the daily operations of our global payment business and ensure smooth execution of operational processes. - Assist merchants with onboarding, account setup, and operational support throughout their lifecycle. - Monitor payment activities and investigate transaction-related issues, working with internal teams to resolve problems efficiently. - Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution. - Maintain operational records and prepare reports to support business decisions and process improvements. - Help optimize internal workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency. - Support new payment products, payment channels, and market launches when required. - Provide high-quality operational support while maintaining a strong customer and merchant experience.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above. - Fluent Mandarin is required (spoken and written). - Professional working proficiency in English. - 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Customer Support, Merchant Support, FinTech, Banking, E-commerce, Internet Services, or other related operational roles. - Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. - Willing to learn new systems, products, and payment operations. Working Hours Shift Schedule (12-hour shifts) - Day Shift: 09:00 – 21:00 (On-site) - Night Shift: 21:00 – 09:00 (WFH)
