Job responsibilities
Job Description:
1.To approach potential customers to develop new business.
2.To maintain regular contacts with existing key customers and solicit business.
3.To develop competitive sales lead for overseas counterparts to follow up.
4.To specific solutions offered to customers
5.Timely follow-up on customer feedback until resolution of claims and complaints.
6.Prepare and distribute sales call summary reports
7.Collect, analyze and share market intelligence and emerging trends with team
8.Listening to Country Manager on daily tasks
9.Understanding what and how to do task
10.Commercial Assistant jobs shall be to register company with different producers in Chemical, Petrochemical , Oil & Gas companies .
11.Followup for offers, proforma, shipments, and related order.
12.Scanning, printing and filing
13.Preparing weekly and monthly reports
14.Handling courier
15.Handling guest jobs and administrative jobs
16.Any other jobs given by Manager/Company
Job Requirements
The Qualifications:
1. +3 years of working experience in chemical industry; Bachelor’s degree; major in Chemical engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, material science or related field preferred
2. Nationality: Turkish; Age:25-45;
3.Oral and written proficiency in English language(or Chinese)
3. Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment
5. Sense of urgency for goal achievement
6. Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
7. Available to business travel for business purpose
Benefits:
Fixed basic salary, subject to commission or bonus
