1、Provide suggestions for the strategic development direction of the company's port cranes and ship loaders/unloaders. 2、Offer improvement recommendations for the company's existing related products. 3、Be responsible for technical support in bidding for company projects and assist in customer marketing. 4、Provide technical assistance and training to the company's R&D personnel to enhance their skills. 5、Assist the company in conducting major product technical risk assessments and analyzing technical issues. 6、Other technical-related tasks assigned by the company.

1、Education:University degree. 2、Major:Candidates with backgrounds in mechanical or electrical engineering are welcome 3、Language:Proficiency in English is required. 4、Drawing Software: Proficiency in CAD, Solid works ,or E plan is preferred. 5、Product Knowledge: Familiarity with port cranes and material handling equipment is essential. 6、Skill Requirements: Ability to design overall solutions for MHC(Mobile Harbor Crane),port container cranes, port grab unloaders, or continuous unloaders. 7、Experience Requirements: Over 10 years of work experience in mainstream European port equipment or material handling equipment companies. Candidates should be well-versed in the latest developments and cutting-edge technologies of port cranes and material handling equipment, understand the characteristics of industry brand products, and have unique insights in this field.
