岗位职责:
1、人才战略与团队搭建:主导外贸部门(电子设备/传统制造业领域)人才规划,制定年度招聘计划,完成关键岗位(如海外销售、技术支持、市场等)的精准招聘;拓展国际化招聘渠道(如LinkedIn、行业展会、海外社群等),建立行业人才库,提升团队国际化占比;优化招聘流程,缩短关键岗位到岗周期,确保人才质量与文化匹配度。
2、跨文化团队管理与赋能:管理含外籍员工(如欧美、东南亚区域)的多元化团队,设计符合海外文化的激励机制与绩效管理体系;定期组织跨文化沟通培训,提升团队协同效率,处理文化冲突与员工关系问题;协同业务部门制定外派人员选拔标准。
3、培训与人才发展:结合行业特性(电子制造业的技术迭代、传统制造业的精益管理需求),设计分层培训体系(如产品知识、国际贸易法规、跨文化销售技巧等);搭建外贸人才梯队,通过导师制、轮岗计划等培养复合型管理者;联动业务部门开展人才盘点,识别高潜员工,制定个性化发展路径。
4、薪酬福利与合规管理:设计具有竞争力的国际化薪酬结构,定期调研行业薪酬水平;优化外贸团队绩效考核方案,强化业务结果导向与长期价值创造。
Talent Strategy and Team Building:
Lead talent planning for the foreign trade department (in the field of electronic equipment/traditional manufacturing), formulate annual recruitment plans, and complete accurate recruitment for key positions (such as overseas sales, technical support, marketing, etc.).
Expand international recruitment channels (such as LinkedIn, industry exhibitions, overseas communities, etc.), establish industry talent pools, and increase the international proportion of the team.
Optimize the recruitment process, shorten the onboarding cycle for key positions, and ensure talent quality and cultural compatibility.
Cross-Cultural Team Management and Empowerment:
Manage diverse teams including foreign employees (in regions such as Europe, America, and Southeast Asia), and design incentive mechanisms and performance management systems that conform to overseas cultures.
Regularly organize cross-cultural communication training to improve team collaboration efficiency and handle cultural conflicts and employee relations issues.
Collaborate with business departments to formulate selection criteria for expatriates.
Training and Talent Development:
Combine industry characteristics (technological iteration in the electronics manufacturing industry, lean management needs in the traditional manufacturing industry) to design a hierarchical training system (such as product knowledge, international trade regulations, cross-cultural sales skills, etc.).
Build a foreign trade talent echelon and cultivate compound managers through mentorship programs, job rotation plans, etc.
Collaborate with business departments to conduct talent inventory, identify high-potential employees, and formulate personalized development paths.
Compensation & Benefits and Compliance Management:
Design competitive international compensation structures and conduct regular industry compensation surveys.
Optimize the performance appraisal plan for the foreign trade team, and strengthen the orientation towards business results and long-term value creation.
Job Requirements
任职要求
1、硬性条件:本科及以上学历,留学背景,人力资源管理、国际贸易、英语等相关专业;5年以上HR全模块经验,其中3年以上外贸/制造业HR管理经验,有电子或传统制造业背景优先;精通英语(CET-6/雅思6.5+),具备流利商务沟通能力,有海外工作/留学经历者优先;熟悉国际人才招聘渠道。
2、跨文化领导力:具备管理外籍团队经验,能通过影响力推动目标达成;业务导向思维:能基于外贸业务目标(如开拓新兴市场、提升客户满意度)设计HR解决方案;数据驱动决策:擅长通过HR数据分析(如招聘转化率、员工流失率)优化管理策略。
Hard Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, with overseas study background, majoring in Human Resource Management, International Trade, English or related fields.
More than 5 years of full-module HR experience, including over 3 years of HR management experience in foreign trade/manufacturing industry; those with background in electronics or traditional manufacturing are preferred.
Proficiency in English (CET-6/IELTS 6.5+), with fluent business communication skills; candidates with overseas work/study experience are preferred.
Familiar with international talent recruitment channels.
Cross-Cultural Leadership:
Having experience in managing foreign teams and being able to drive goal achievement through influence.
Business-Oriented Thinking: Capable of designing HR solutions based on foreign trade business goals (such as exploring emerging markets, improving customer satisfaction).
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Good at optimizing management strategies through HR data analysis (such as recruitment conversion rate, employee turnover rate).
