1. Native-level English writing abilities 2. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist 3. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills 4. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge 5. Video and image editing skills would be a plus 6. Spoken and written Chinese ability and familiarity with Chinese social media channels would be a plus
