Account Growth: Drive measurable growth of TikTok and Instagram Reels accounts — focusing on reach, engagement, and conversion. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze and optimize content performance, funnels, and engagement metrics to boost results. Client Partnerships: Communicate with creators to ensure alignment on strategy, tone, and visual direction. Scaling & Innovation: Explore emerging platforms, trends, and creative opportunities to keep the creators ahead of the curve. Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of proven experience in growing TikTok / Reels accounts with strong track record in audience and engagement growth. Confident user of TikTok and Instagram (knowledge of Reddit, Twitter/X, or Xiaohongshu is a plus). Experience in paid ads and performance funnels (Meta, TikTok). Strong understanding of branding, community building, and conversion optimization. Creative, hands-on, and KPI-driven mindset focused on measurable results.
