- Manage and lead the team of mechanical technicians for assembly / installation / debugging / commissioning / testing etc. - Ensure the team perform job as per SOPand specifications - Assign daily tasks for the technicians to ensure the project as schedule - Troubleshooting / providing solution to resolve day to day issues - On-site material management and control - Regular communications / meetings with designer / project manager - Daily reporting to project manager - Oversea assignment(Training in China,project commissioning in India)

- Mechanical engineering degree - Over 5 years experience for automatic equipment assembly, preferably large size production equipment for Li-ion battery - Able to work under pressure and tight deadline - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Good communication and interpersonal skills
