In this role, you'll be at the heart of our quality system — establishing standards, handling customer complaints, and supporting audits — while working closely with production, engineering, and our global QA organization. If you enjoy solving practical quality problems, working with structured processes, and cooperating across functions, you'll feel very much at home.You'll be based in Wuxi, China, and report to Quality & Compliance Manager China. You will work closely with local production teams, engineering colleagues, and our global quality organization. Your days will mix SOP/SIP documentation, complaint handling, audits, measurement equipment calibration, and quality improvement activities. Your profileAround 3 years of quality working experience Familiar with thermoforming process and products Qualification certificate of ISO 9001 internal auditor Familiar with quality tools, such as 8D, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, etc. Excellent skills in operating MS Office Good skills in communication, coordination, and cooperation Collaborative mindset and interest in working with multicultural and global teams Fluent written English and good oral English
