Requirements: 1-3 years of BD experience at major media buying agencies, mobile advertising agencies, third-party platforms, or programmatic advertising companies Basic understanding of mobile internet, digital advertising, and overseas markets, with some client resources preferred Strong execution and action-oriented mindset Strong pressure tolerance; able to manage KPIs, business travel, and long-cycle client development English proficiency for daily work communication
