Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and scale cloud service regions (e.g., ANH/WNS) for global notification systems;
Lead security/compliance tasks and resolve cloud platform (Azure/AWS) issues;
Develop automation workflows (PowerShell/Python) to minimize manual efforts;
Analyze recurring failures, improve engineering processes, and track solutions via ADO;
Maintain knowledge base, audit documentation, and ensure service traceability.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years in cloud service delivery/SRE with Azure/AWS infrastructure expertise;
Proficient in scripting (infrastructure scaling, compliance checks) and CI/CD tools;
Experienced in security compliance (GDPR/PCI DSS) and Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows;
Strong problem-solving skills; Azure Administrator certification preferred.
