Job responsibilities
Core responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a global top talent strategy.
2. Develop talent development plans.
3. Organize talent recruitment.
4. Report to the Director of Human Resources and collaborate with the EMT team.
Job Requirements
- Domestic degree, the first degree should be focused on Bachelor degree and above, which is a mandatory requirement.
- A background in a well-known pharmaceutical or medical device company or a Beijing-based Global 500 company is preferable.
- 30-40 years old is preferred.
