Be the lead and principal for strategising, planning and creating social content for all social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube) in our SG market Fluent in conceptualising and collaborating, as well as be able to curate and create fresh ideas that embodies CHAGEE brand voice, style, tonality that's tasteful and elegant Be able to write compelling copies, stories, demos, headlines, taglines, product information, calls to action and put together story board for briefing production team Is innovative and creative - Able to effectively and efficiently brainstorm for the latest trending ideas with a dynamic team Able to manage development of multimedia, video and other online media assets for social postings Identify industry trends, insights, emerging social media channels, new ideas, new approaches and updated tools that help refine digital marketing strategy to drive prospect acquisition, conversions and engagement Support with weekly and monthly social reports and insights Interact and engage directly with our social followers via public comments and direct messages Source, brief, curate and approve content with social media agencies as well as influencers Ad hoc administrative duties such as raising invoices from agencies and influencers

Excellent command in English in writing and verbal communication skills Strong with ideation and creativity, thinks out of the box and is resourceful Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment Experience in social media marketing and content production Understands how Capcut and video editing tools work
