Job responsibilities
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding CRANACH's market share in your region through the development of both professional channels (e.g., builders, contractors, designers, developers) and retail distributors. This position requires a self-driven, goal-oriented professional who can build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and work collaboratively to establish CRANACH as a leading brand in the kitchen and bath industry. Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional clients such as designers, contractors, architects, home builders, and developers. ● Establish and grow partnerships with retail distributors to expand our brand’s footprint. ● Educate and promote CRANACH’s product offerings through product demonstrations, presentations, and in-depth discussions of features and benefits. ● Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring all sales goals and KPIs are met. ● Work closely with the internal marketing and product teams to align strategies for customer engagement and market penetration. ● Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to help shape future product offerings and improve our sales strategies. ● Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to raise brand awareness and generate new leads. ● Coordinate with team leader to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products to customers. Job Requirements
Required Qualifications: ● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the kitchen and bath, home improvement, or construction industries. ● Proven track record of sales success in establishing and nurturing professional and retail relationships. ● Strong understanding of the U.S. construction, design, and home improvement market. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both professional clients and retail partners. ● Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize sales activities. ● Willingness to travel within your region to meet clients and attend events. ● A passion for high-quality home products and a drive to promote and represent a growing brand. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in sales management or handling key accounts. ● Familiarity with CRANACH’s product range, particularly in the kitchen and bath segments. ● Background in retail and distribution channels.
